To make a 1 1/2 lb. loaf:
Place in the pan in this order:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups flour (we use 1/2 white, 1/2 brown)
2 1/2 tsp. BREAD MACHINE yeast, placed into a small indentation in the flour
Set the settings you want for the darkness of your crust, make sure your bread maker is set to make a 1 1/2 lb. loaf, and you're all set!
